With our vision of continual improvement, CMT has embraced the policy of total quality for the company and all of its staff. The introduction of the concept of continual improvement is intended to stimulate efficiency in CMT’s organization, to increase its competitive lead in the market, and to improve response to customer needs. The continual improvement has changed training from a process that focused merely on the production aspect, training now teaches a culture that is results-oriented, including an ability to constructively interact with clients, both internal and external.
Therefore, we have initiated the following activities which support our six fundamental principles:

  1. client focused organization
  2. leadership
  3. involvement of all staff
  4. process approach
  5. continual improvement
  6. supplier relationships

The entire CMT organization meets UNI norms for UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO_TS_16949_2002
