INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 D. LGS. 196/2003 (c.d. PRIVACY)

Dear Sir/Madam,
|
|
|
|
We wish to inform you that now that the Legislative Decree 196/2003 has taken effect, regarding standards for the treatment of personal data for individuals and other subjects, the Manager for Data Treatment, indicated by the signatory of this message, is required to provide to the Client (hereafter indicated as the “interested party”) various information regarding the use of their personal data. Given that the data in question for the Manager for Data Treatment are exclusively those provided by the interested party in the act of providing the responsibility for mediation, and not provided by third parties in any way, treatment of this data requires a specific affirmation of consent by the interested party, to be expressed using the attached form, which when completely filled in and signed, must be given to the Manager for Data Treatment indicated at the end of this document. According to the norms indicated above, the data treatment will be held to the principals of correctness, legality and transparency and care of the interested party’s privacy and protection of their personal data.

In accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003, then, we provide the interested party with the following information:

End use for data The personal data is treated in the climate of normal professional, managerial and promotional activity by the Manager for Data Treatment, below indicated, for the following end-uses:

End use closely connected and instrumental for management of professional relationships, including:
|
|
|

Use of the data in promotional, commercial, administrative and/or other activities required under the law;
|
|
|

|
Information on initiatives promoted by the indicated Manager for Data Treatment;
|
|
|

|
Sending of informational documentation or other information linked to commercial affairs or administrative affairs as indicated above;

|
2)
|
Functions related to the activities of the Manager for Data Treatment indicated below, including:

|

Communication of the interested party’s data to physical and/or legal persons operating in the area of connected activities, necessary for the compilation of entrusted responsibilities (including those relative to hypocadastral surveys, and protests) and/or for the purposes of stipulating insurance policies to cover risks inhering to the operations which are the object of the policy.

Data treatment procedure
|
|
|
Personal data is treated in the normal professional, managerial and professional actions of the Manager for Data Treatment below indicated, according to the following procedures:

in relation to the above-indicated end-use of personal data, through manual, telephony and computer instruments strictly related to the end-uses of such, and in any case, in ways that guarantee the security and privacy of said data:

The insertion of the interested party’s data can occur on paper, telephony or on a computer system.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Each Client – “interested party” – hence has the possibility to deny consent for the Manager for Data Treatment indicated below for this type of communication, selecting the appropriate box in the attached form containing the consent formula indicated by the law. The interested party is advised that in the lack of explicit consent to the Manager for Data Treatment indicated below, the data cannot be communicated to other parties, nor released.

Rights under article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003
|
|
|
Article 7 of the Code gives the interested party the right to exercise specific rights. In particular, the interested party may obtain the confirmation of the existence or lack of their personal data and request that said data be provided in a readable form. The interested party may also request to learn the origins of said data as well as the method and end-use for said data; to erase said data, to render said data anonymous or block the use of data that is treated in a manner inconsistent with the law, as well as the updating of, correction of, or, if there is an interest, to attach a rider to the data; to oppose, for legitimate motives, any treatment of said data.
